This series offers two HDMI inputs, two USB 2.0 jacks, an RGB PC input and a 3.5mm PC audio in, as well as an out jack on the side for ease of access. Flush mounted outward are found features composite and component AV jacks and an optional external speaker stand hook ups. The rear of the unit has two more HDMI inputs, the cable/antenna connector, and Ethernet port and an optical audio output. The rear inputs can be difficult to access on a wall-hung unit. The remote fits comfortably in the hand and is easy to operate. The buttons are on the small side however and it is not illuminated. It features a dedicated Net Flix button and a SEN key that connects the user to the Sony Entertainment Network. It also has some other dedicated Internet App buttons. Unfortunately, with no dedicated 3D button, it is necessary to scroll through the menu system to turn the 3D function on. The set is Wi-Fi ready and certified, so unless wireless speeds are too slow, the Ethernet cable doesn’t need to be used to access the Internet programs.
